Job Description
Are you a seasoned Audit or Risk professional with a wealth of experience in Financial Economic Crime quality assurance? Join DLL as we drive our global Financial Economic Crime (FEC) First Line Monitoring (FLM) function.
Your Function
You will be part of the first line of responsibility that ensures the business successfully implements DLL’s Financial Crime standards. You will assist the first line to improve compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain consistently high-quality processes. We are seeking an experienced professional with expertise in financial crime control testing to support a vibrant and diverse team.
Day to Day
- Proactively develop, maintain, implement and continuously improve the First line FEC FLM strategy, framework, and procedures.
- Oversee and ensure the quality of FEC processes across the DLL country network.
- Report on First Line Monitoring results and findings, highlighting key issues and trends.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and deficiencies based on FLM outcomes and systematic issues.
- Support relevant teams to address and resolve identified issues and gaps.
- Liaise with other teams in the first, second, and third line concerning FEC/Monitoring matters.

Your Profile
- Knowledge of AML, CTF and Sanctions regulations, with a strong emphasis on the Dutch Anti-Money Laundering Regulation (Wwft).
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a management role in a complex environment.
- Proven ability in setting new directions, executing change and implementing projects with robust project‑management skills.
- Proven experience and knowledge in integrated risk management.
- Thorough understanding of the entire customer lifecycle within a financial institution.
- Act responsibly with regard to identified risks, actively manage adherence, establishing a strong risk culture, risk assessments, controls, and mitigating actions.
- Strong stakeholder management within and outside the bank, including regulating authorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Team player, eager to work within an international context.
- Excellent proficiency in English; knowledge of Dutch is beneficial.
