We are committed to creating outstanding experiences for our community and are seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Gym Assistant.

About the Position

In this role, you will deliver safe, engaging, and results-driven exercise programs tailored to individual needs, while actively monitoring members to ensure correct technique and proper use of equipment. You will play a key part in creating a positive and motivating fitness culture by engaging with patrons, offering guidance and support, and promoting healthy lifestyle choices. Additionally, you will maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment, uphold high standards of service, and actively promote our programs, products, and services to enhance member experience and retention.

Responsibilities

- Deliver safe, engaging, and results-driven exercise programs tailored to individual needs.




- Monitor members to ensure correct technique and proper use of equipment.
- Engage with patrons, offering guidance and support, and promoting healthy lifestyle choices.
- Maintain a clean, protected, and welcoming environment.
- Uphold high standards of service and promote programs, products, and services to enhance member experience and retention.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in conducting comprehensive fitness assessments and designing safe, effective programs tailored to individual goals and abilities.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, share best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to build positive relationships, engage members, and enhance overall satisfaction.
