Overview

Primary Location SA - PortAugusta. The Project Supervisor will oversee and site‑manage all capital projects, ensuring compliance with HSEQ, QA, and project requirements. The role will coordinate onsite construction activities, supervise the Department of Infrastructure and Transport workforce, plant resources and subcontract teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote a positive safety and environmental culture.
- Ensure compliance with ServiceStream’s management systems, including Plant Operator Assessments, Daily and Weekly Checklists, and permits.
- Deliver toolbox talks, briefings and incident investigations.
- Prepare Safe Work Method Statements with crews and implement controls.
- Act on resolution of issues directed by Delivery Managers and HSEQ personnel.
- Monitor plant safety and identify hazards.
- Coordinate the completion of construction works in conformance with specifications and relevant standards.
- Maintain accurate site records for cost verification, variations and claims.
- Maintain working relationships with DIT representatives and act on DIT directions.

About You





- Minimum 5 years of experience in a roads infrastructure environment.
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing people and/or multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in construction or services industry safety management.
- CertI/II/III in Construction (desirable but not mandatory).
- Current driver’s licence.
