Role Details
We are seeking a Diploma-qualified, experienced Educator ready to step into Responsible Person (RP) leadership roles. This is a key position supporting the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring high-quality education and care, and maintaining regulatory compliance. The service cares for up to 45 children in a well-equipped OSHC space with access to the school hall and oval. We work in close partnership with the school and parish communities to deliver a safe, inclusive and engaging environment where school-aged children can thrive.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Children Services (or ACECQA equivalent)
- Current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
- First Aid, CPR,
Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
- Passion for education and care of school-aged children in a play-based workplace
- Strong oral and written communication within the workplace
- Completed Child Safety Training
