Belong at Home is a highly respected not-for-profit local organisation providing a range of services to aged people and their carers throughout the “south west” with branches in Bunbury, Busselton, Margaret River, Collie, Donnybrook and Bridgetown.

The Quality Manager – plays a key role in supporting quality assurance and compliance across Belong at Home’s aged care operations across the Southwest. This position provides flexible support across sites, to improve and maintain our compliance and outcomes.

Reporting to the CEO, the role works closely with the Executive team to ensure we meet our obligations under the strengthened aged care standards and regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include quality monitoring, conducting audits, identifying improvement opportunities, and providing hands-on support to address areas of risk or non-compliance. This role is a 6-month fixed term position.

Your main duties will include:

- Promote the voice of our clients to improve client experience and outcomes.




- Guide our team to understand and achieve compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and organisational processes.
- Lead the quality team, ensuring Belong at Home maintains our compliance obligations.
- Assisting with serious incident investigations, complaint responses and onsite audits
- Track and trend feedback and incidents for continuous improvement opportunities.
- Monthly board reporting and attendance at quarterly meetings
- Maintain Belong at Home’s policy and procedure systems, ensuring they stay up to date with industry/regulation changes.

About you

- Have a passion for Aged Careand customer service
- Must have previous experience as a Quality Manager in Aged Care
- Robust computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office & our quality management system, LOGICQ.
- Ability to travel to other sites (when required) and hold a current Drivers License.
- In depth understanding Aged Care Quality Standards and other relevant industry standards
- Qualifications in Community Services or similar required.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with regular engagement with clients and carers.

Fixed term fulltime contract – 6 months

Trend analysis and reporting on quality indicators.
