About the role

As part of the Bathroom Life team in Fremantle, you’ll support builders, interior designers and homeowners as they navigate their renovation journey to create their dream bathroom.

Responsibilities

- Assist customers in choosing the perfect bathroom products.
- Create and manage customer quotes and orders via email and phone.
- Use our 3D Planner to bring a customer's dream to life.
- Visit customers onsite to provide updates and maintain great relationships.
- Keep the showroom running smoothly and safely.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoys building relationships and helping customers.
- Might not have experience in bathrooms, but is energetic, takes initiative and is willing to learn and grow.
- Is comfortable with a computer and is happy to learn new systems.
- Is open to working various shifts, including weekends.




- Wants to develop their career locally, within the network or head office (we love to promote people from within).
