About
Established in 1996 in Melbourne, Bardot was born from a love of modern femininity, creating pieces that help women feel confident, powerful and ready for any occasion. What started as a local bricks-and-mortar label has evolved into a truly global fashion brand, with a strong digital and wholesale footprint across Australia, New Zealand, the USA and Europe.
Bardot Junior, launched in 2004, brings the same spirit of style and celebration to little wardrobes. Offering playful, special-occasion and dressed-up casual pieces across apparel, accessories and gifting for babies through to tweens.
Bardot is worn worldwide and stocked through leading retail partners including Nordstrom, Macy’s and REVOLVE, alongside Bardot’s owned channels, bringing trend-led design and elevated wardrobe staples to an international audience.
About The Role
We are looking for a highly organised, detail-driven Mid-Weight Graphic Designer to help bring our brand to life across every customer touchpoint. Working closely with the Senior Graphic Designer, you’ll produce high-quality creative across digital, social, paid advertising, eCommerce, retail, print and wholesale — delivered accurately, on time and always true to the Bardot aesthetic.
This is a role for a designer who loves variety and moves with pace: someone who can juggle multiple projects at once, lives in the detail, and is genuinely passionate about producing creative that connects with our audience and supports the broader marketing and commercial strategy.
Key Focus
- Design and produce high-quality creative across digital, social media,
paid advertising, eCommerce, retail, print and wholesale channels.
- Create engaging social content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Pinterest — static imagery, carousels, Stories, Reels and short-form video — following the Senior Graphic Designer’s creative direction.
- Build paid media creative for Meta, Google, TikTok and Pinterest, ensuring every asset meets platform specs, technical requirements and campaign objectives.
- Produce website and eCommerce creative including banners, blog imagery and landing pages, across WebP, GIF, PNG and JPG formats.
- Design and build EDM creative in Dotdigital — from email layouts to slicing assets and preparing files.
- Create motion graphics, GIFs and edited video content for social, paid advertising and digital campaigns, consistent with Bardot’s visual identity.
- Design retail marketing collateral including in-store signage, window graphics, packaging, swing tags, promotional material, event invitations and PR assets.
- Develop reusable creative templates, mood boards, presentation decks and styling guides to improve workflow efficiency and maintain brand consistency.
- Manage the image workflow from photoshoot delivery through file organisation, renaming, exporting, retouching coordination and distribution to relevant teams.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in Asana or Trello, collaborating across the Digital, PR & Social, eCommerce and Wholesale teams to hit deadlines.
What We’re Looking For
- 2-4 years’ experience in a Graphic Design role, preferably within fashion, retail or an agency environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite — Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and After Effects.
- Experience editing video in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or similar.
- Strong understanding of creative requirements across paid ad platforms, plus EDM and digital asset design.
- Strong knowledge of typography, composition, layout and visual hierarchy.
- Excellent file management skills and a sharp eye for detail and brand consistency.
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
- Genuinely passionate about fashion, design and keeping across emerging creative and social media trends.
Why join Bardot:
- Work with a global women’s fashion brand with strong momentum and vision.
- Be part of a supportive, team-oriented team that values creativity and growth.
- Real opportunities for internal development and progression.
- 50% product allowance.
- Flexible working - 4 days in office, 1 day WFH.
If you’re a graphic designer with a love of fashion and a natural eye for detail, we’d love to see what you’ve been making.
