Hays Manufacturing & Operations is currently seeking expressions of interest from skilled and trade-qualified Boilermakers for upcoming opportunities across the Newcastle, Central Coast, and Hunter regions.

We work with a range of leading employers across manufacturing, heavy industry, engineering, mining services, construction, and maintenance environments who regularly require experienced Boilermakers for both casual and permanent positions.

About the Role

- Workshop and site-based fabrication
- Structural steel fabrication and installation
- MIG, TIG and Stick welding
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings
- Maintenance, shutdown and project work
- Heavy manufacturing and industrial environments
- Day, afternoon and night shift opportunities

What You'll Need

- Trade Qualification in Engineering Fabrication (Boilermaker/Welder)




- Proven fabrication and welding experience
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Strong focus on workplace safety
- Current Driving Licence and reliable transport
- Relevant tickets and certifications highly regarded (Forklift, EWP, Working at Heights, Confined Space, Dogging, Rigging)
