As a Casual Educator at Goodstart, you will support our centres and children wherever and whenever needed. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures every child has enriching and responsive learning experiences.

Responsibilities

- Actively contribute to the education program in the room and the centre team
- Engage and supervise the children at all times
- Maintain a safe environment for children, families and team members
- Build and maintain robust, positive relationships with children and families
- Comply with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures
- Support a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement

Qualifications

If you hold an ACECQA‑approved early childhood qualification, have a current Victoria Working with Children Check, are willing to travel between local services, and have flexible availability between Monday and Friday, 6:30 am–6:30 pm, then please apply now.
