We’re urgently looking for compassionate Community Support Workers living in the Eastern Region ( Rose Bay/ Bondi /Maroubra) . In this rewarding role, you'll provide support to elderly clients, helping them live safely and independently in their own homes while staying connected to their community. You'll provide ongoing assistance, monitor clients' wellbeing, and respond promptly to their care needs.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Providing social support, companionship, and meaningful engagement
- Delivering personal care with dignity and respect
- Community Access

What You’ll Get

- Ongoing support from experienced mentors and team leaders
- Paid induction and continuous training
- Regular Roster (Mon–Fri, 7AM–5PM)
- Minimum 2 days availability required

What We’re Looking For

- Caring, empathetic,



and reliable individuals
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Cert III/IV in Aged Care, Disability, Community (or studying Nursing – highly regarded)
- Community/aged care experience
- Driver’s licence + reliable insured vehicle (essential)
- Current checks (or willingness to obtain): First Aid/CPR, Police Check, NDIS, WWCC
