Salary: $70,000 – $85,000 per annum + Superannuation (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and patrol commercial and industrial premises to ensure the safety and security of people, property, and assets.
- Control access to buildings by checking identification and authorising entry of visitors, contractors, and staff.
- Conduct routine security patrols and inspections to identify potential security risks or hazards.
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, emergencies, and security breaches.
- Prepare accurate incident reports, patrol logs, and daily activity records.
- Monitor CCTV systems and security equipment to detect and report suspicious activities.
- Assist with emergency procedures, including evacuations and incident management.
- Provide professional customer service by assisting visitors and responding to enquiries.




- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety procedures and company security policies.
- Liaise with management, emergency services, and law enforcement when required.

Skills and Experience

- Previous experience as a Security Guard or in a similar security role is preferred.
- Current Western Australian Security Officer Licence (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Current First Aid Certificate (desirable).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Good observation and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and reliability.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays if required.
