Requirements
- Previous experience in a Duty Manager, Assistant Manager or supervisory hospitality role
- Current RSA, RSG,
RMLV and Approved Manager certifications (essential)
- Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop hospitality teams
- Strong customer‑service focus with excellent problem‑solving skills
- Experience managing venue operations, cash handling and compliance requirements
