We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused ICT Account Manager to join our growing team. In this full time role, you will be instrumental in managing client relationships, driving customer onboarding, and overseeing custom IT project implementations. You will take ownership of the customer journey, ensuring that client needs are met with empathy, transparency, and efficiency. Reporting to the Client Support Manager and Operations Manager, you will play a critical part in maintaining client retention and ensuring alignment with our overarching company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end client relationships, building trust and ensuring ongoing service satisfaction.
- Effectively identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues faced by clients.
- Partner with vendors and other stakeholders as necessary to coordinate and deliver custom software integrations.
- Provide regular task updates internally and externally to maintain transparency and alignment.
- Distribute support tickets effectively within the team, ensuring the right personnel are assigned to assist.




- Identify trends in client communication or behaviour, and communicate these to management to drive proactive process improvements.
- Maintain accurate and timely recording of hours worked on tasks.
- Contribute to the development and standardization of internal systems, processes, and best practices.

About You

- Extensive experience (10+ years preferred) in account management, customer service, or onboarding within the SaaS, BPO, or Finance sectors.
- Proven expertise in leading cross-functional teams and delivering high-volume customer support.
- Exceptional communication, active listening, and project management skills.
- A strong background in maneuvering software onboarding for customers and delivering smooth customer journeys.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications, such as a Master's degree in Project Management or equivalent business/accounting diplomas.

Salary Range: $85,000 - $100,000 + Superannuation
