Job Description
Join our Albany team where you will ensure clients can access Anglicare WA services in ways that are person-centered, safe, responsive and convenient. You will be the first point of contact for many clients and will help refer them to appropriate services within Anglicare WA where appropriate.
You will also provide support to ensure the smooth running of the office, providing administrative support, managing calendar bookings, accurately entering data and maintaining electronic client files.
This is a part-time permanent (0.29 FTE) position working half days Tuesday-Thursday, 11 hours per week.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Relevant experience in a similar role or Cert IV qualification in community services
- Exceptional communication skills with an ability to relate to a wide range of clients in need of assistanceAbility to respond to clients in distress and deescalate upset individuals
- Financial management skills including the ability to issue invoices and receive payments
- Valid National Police Clearance, WA Working with Children Check and a WA Driver's Licence

- Competitive salary from $78,955.50 per annum pro rata + 12% superannuation
- Salary packaging up to $15,900 (approximately $4,000 after tax) plus up to $2,650 for meal and entertainment expenses
