Aspire4Life is seeking a Clinical Workplace Trainer to lead induction, onboarding and ongoing clinical training, ensuring compliance with My Aged Care and DVA requirements. This full time role involves assessing competencies and driving workforce development across the organisation.

You will design learning materials, analyse outcomes and collaborate with leaders and clinicians to raise standards. Training delivery includes virtual and face-to-face sessions in aged care services.
