The Role

Reporting into the shift supervisor and working a 12hr rotating shift 7am-7pm, 7pm-7am the key responsibilities of the role will include but are not limited to:

- Maintaining safety, quality, and manufacturing standards
- Operating high speed machinery including:
- performing changeovers
- troubleshooting
- machine adjustments
- maintenance tasks
- Assist in machinery changeovers

- Reading & following SOP's
- Contributing to our approach of continuous improvement and helping to achieve world class operational performance.
- Be a proactive and enthusiastic team member.

Key Responsibilities

- Strong communication skills & a team player
- Basic computer skills
- Valuable mechanical aptitude
- Availability to work across 24hr rotating shift patterns.
- Manufacturing or printing experience is advantageous.




- Willing to undertake a pre-employment medical which includes drug & alcohol testing.
