About the Opportunity

As a Large Market Sales Manager, you will be responsible for securing new enterprise and multinational business, leading complex sales opportunities, and building influential relationships with senior decision-makers. Key Responsibilities

- Drive recent business acquisition across enterprise and multinational customers.
- Lead complex sales cycles, develop strategic account plans, and build relationships with executive stakeholders.
- Present tailored solutions, negotiate high-value contracts, and achieve revenue growth targets.
- Partner with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience from prospecting through to onboarding.
- Represent the brand at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
- Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment where all Flighties feel welcomed, respected, and supported to thrive.

Experience and Qualifications

- 3+ years' experience in B2B sales, including experience winning enterprise or multinational customers.
- Proven success managing complex, high-value sales opportunities and exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong consultative selling, executive stakeholder engagement, and contract negotiation skills.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar sales enablement platforms and a relevant tertiary qualification.
- Ability to travel nationally and internationally as required.
- Ideally located in Brisbane, however Sydney and Melbourne candidates will also be considered depending on experience
