Storeperson – TLE Penrith

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Storeperson to join our team at TLE Penrith in a permanent, full-time position.

Trading hours: 6:00am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday and 7:00am – 11:00am on Saturdays. Some Saturday work is required.

Responsibilities

- General store operations and customer support
- Inventory control and stock management
- Assisting customers at the counter and over the phone
- Contacting suppliers to follow up on existing customer orders
- Building strong relationships with customers and suppliers
- Performance-based bonus structure

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

- Energetic, reliable, and proactive
- Customer-focused with a positive, can-do attitude
- Willing to learn and develop new skills
- Strong in communication, organisation, and teamwork
- A current NSW Driver’s Licence is preferred but not essential
- Previous experience in electrical wholesale, sales, or inventory management is advantageous but not required – full training will be provided

The hours shown may exceed the hours actually required if the Job has flexible schedule or will be shared with other employees.
