Endeavour Foundation in Gympie is recruiting a Disability Support Worker to provide person-centred support in our SIL home. You will assist people with disabilities to live as independently as possible, with duties spanning daily living tasks, personal care, meal planning, and community engagement.
A calm, compassionate approach is essential. This role involves permanent roster lines with multiple sleepovers and a variety of shifts across days, evenings and weekends.
