Youth Worker role with Life Without Barriers in Ipswich offers casual and part-time hours to support children and young people in residential care. You will work within a therapeutic, trauma-informed framework to create protected, nurturing environments and empower young people toward positive life outcomes.
We seek individuals who are compassionate, resilient and able to work across a rotating 24/7 roster, including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays. Training and support are provided.
