We are looking for a Lawyer to join our Ipswich Office on a permanent full time basis. This role focuses on delivering tailored advice and legal services within our Personal Injuries practice, with a strong client‑service orientation and a passion for social justice.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include running personal injury files, working collaboratively with colleagues, contributing to the development of legal strategies, engaging with clients throughout the lifecycle of their claims, and maintaining high standards of legal work and compliance. You will play a key role in delivering excellent client service and outcomes, with a focus on progressing matters efficiently and professionally.

Qualifications

- Experience in Workers' Compensation, Public Liability and Motor Vehicle Compensation claims
- Demonstrated capacity or interest in executing business development




- Excellent interpersonal skills with experience providing high‑level client service
- Demonstrated proactive approach to file management
- Experience working in a high‑volume work environment
