About the Role

Reporting to the Store Manager,



you'll play a key role in delivering outstanding customer experiences while contributing to individual and store sales targets. You'll work closely with retail, trade and renovation customers, providing expert advice and tailored solutions across our product range.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable showroom experiences
- Assisting customers with product selection, design advice and project solutions
- Preparing quotes, processing sales orders and following up enquiries
- Building and maintaining relationships with trade and retail customers
- Identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities to maximise customer outcomes
- Driving new business opportunities and supporting local store initiatives
- Maintaining high showroom presentation and merchandising standards
- Developing strong product knowledge across our extensive range

What We're Looking For

You will ideally bring:

- Previous retail sales, showroom or customer service experience
- A genuine passion for helping customers and delivering outstanding service
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive approach to achieving sales targets and business growth
- Confidence working with a range of customers, from homeowners to trade professionals
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Sound computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
