Clough , as part of a joint venture, is delivering the Project Ceres urea plant, a landmark project for Western Australia. The plant will be the largest in Australia and one of the largest in the world, installing the most sustainable production processes. The project is expected to generate 2,000 jobs during the construction phase, whilst delivering sustained benefits to the local community through career, training and business opportunities.

Clough currently has an opportunity for a Mobilisation Officer to join our Team in Karratha. In this role, you will support the management of various administrative tasks, support the mobility to and from site, and maintain effective communication within the teams involved in the process.

Your focus will include

- Plan, book, and coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, site camps, transportation, and visas.
- Manage relationships with airlines, site camps and villages, and travel agencies.
- Maintain records of travel itineraries, expenses, and approvals.




- Provide support and assistance during travel disruptions, cancellations, or emergencies.
- Ensure compliance with company travel policies and procedures.
- Work closely with internal teams to understand travel requirements and preferences.
- Keep up to date with travel regulations, visa requirements, and security advisories.
- Assist with event‑related accommodation and logistical arrangements.

What you will bring to the team

- Previous experience in travel coordination, hospitality, or administrative roles.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- A keen eye for detail and ability to multitask.
- A willingness to learn and grow in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to work on a 19:9 FIFO roster.
