The Role

We are looking for a confident, people‑centred HR Advisor to partner with leaders and employees across our Supply Chain & Operations teams. Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner, you’ll provide pragmatic HR advice, support the full employee lifecycle, and help shape a safe, respectful and high‑performing workplace culture.

This role is ideal for an HR professional who thrives in a fast‑paced operational workplace, enjoys building trusted relationships, and is ready to take the next step in autonomy and influence.

This is an onsite role and located at Rowland Flat

What you'll be doing

- Provide timely, practical HR advice across recruitment, onboarding, performance, development, wellbeing and exits.
- Serve as the first point of contact for ER matters, managing routine to moderately complex cases.
- Support interpretation of Enterprise Agreements, Awards and policies.
- Support leaders through performance management,



improvement plans and disciplinary processes.
- Assist with grievances, investigations, ER documentation and liaison with unions and external advisors.
- Support annual performance cycles, capability initiatives and manager training.
- Contribute to organisational change, restructures and workforce projects.
- Maintain strong HR governance, documentation and continuous improvement.
- Champion safety, wellbeing and responsible business practices.

We Want To Hear From You If You Have

- 3+ years’ experience in an HR Advisor role.
- Strong relationship‑building skills and a collaborative, service‑focused approach.
- Sound judgement, professionalism and the ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion.
- Solid understanding of contemporary HR and ER practices, including Enterprise Agreements and employment legislation.
- A current driver’s licence and willingness to travel between sites and vineyards.
