We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses to join our team on a Full-Time and Casual basis. A variety of shifts are available, including morning, afternoon, and evening.

What you will do:





- Holistic assessments in partnership with residents and their representatives.
- Development and evaluation of individualised resident care plans.
- Supervise and support Personal Care Workers.
- Clinical care including wound management, palliative care and medication management.
- Liaison with medical and allied health care staff.
- Positive resident experience through resident-centered approach.
- Work within the applicable quality standards, including the Aged Care Quality Standards and NDIS Practice Standards.

Who are you and what will you bring?

- Registration with the AHPRA as a registered nurse is essential.
- Minimum 2 years experience in providing clinical care ideally in Aged Care setting.
- Robust verbal and written communication skills.
- Hold NDIS Worker Checks (or willing to obtain).
- Be passionate about delivering a person-centered approach to care.
