We are partnering with a growing food production business based in Western Sydney to appoint an experienced Supply Planning Manager to support ongoing operational growth and supply chain optimisation initiatives.

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing supply planning across production, inventory, procurement, and demand alignment, ensuring service levels are maintained while driving operational efficiency across the wider business.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end supply planning activities across manufacturing and distribution
- Develop and manage production and inventory plans aligned to forecast demand
- Partner closely with Operations, Procurement, Warehousing, and Sales teams to balance supply requirements and production capacity
- Monitor stock levels, raw materials, and finished goods availability to minimise supply risk
- Manage supplier coordination and production scheduling to optimise output and reduce disruption




- Identify and implement process improvements across planning and S&OP; activities
- Analyse planning data and reporting to support operational and commercial decision-making
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across planning systems and supply chain performance

About You

- Previous experience in Supply Planning, Production Planning, or Demand Planning within FMCG or food manufacturing
- Strong understanding of manufacturing, inventory, and supply chain operations
- Experience working within fast-paced production environments
- Robust stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capability
- ERP systems experience is essential
- Comfortable operating in both strategic and hands-on environments
