Job Description:

- Lead and manage the HR function across multiple business locations.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, disciplinary processes, grievances, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with South African labour legislation and company policies.
- Coordinate training, skills development, and SETA initiatives (WSP & ATR).
- Oversee HR administration, employee records, payroll support, and reporting.
- Mentor and manage the HR Administrator.
- Provide strategic HR support to management and promote employee engagement.
- Travel between company locations to provide HR support and training.

Qualifications:

- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 5-8 years' HR experience,



including at least 3 years in a senior HR or management role.
- Strong knowledge of South African labour legislation, employee relations, and disciplinary processes.
- Experience within hospitality, retail, manufacturing, or multi-site operations is advantageous.
- Experience with SETA, WSP, ATR, and skills development is beneficial.
- Robust leadership, communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel regularly.
- Able to work independently, take initiative, and manage the HR function with minimal supervision.
