CCR Group Pty Ltd is a privately owned and established service provider supporting the Mining, Processing, Engineering and Construction sectors in Western Australia for 25 years.
Due to continued growth, we are seeking an energetic and driven Recruitment Officer to join our team on either a part-time or full-time basis. We are flexible for the right candidate.
This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process while also assisting with the mobilisation and workforce planning of our existing personnel across multiple sites. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing and reference checking.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pool to support current and future workforce requirements.
- Coordinate compliance checks, including VEVO, drug and alcohol testing, medicals, and VOC assessments.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure labour requirements are effectively planned and resourced.
- Work closely with clients regarding mobilisation requirements and workforce planning.
- Provide support to the Mobilisation Officer and HR Manager as required.
- Complete recruitment and mobilisation administration tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment and mobilisation processes.

We Are Looking For Someone With:
- Experience: Previous experience in bulk recruitment, mobilisation or workforce coordination, ideally within mining, construction or related industries.
- Strong Relationship Building Skills: Comfortable engaging with both candidates and clients while representing the CCR Group brand professionally.
- Energy & Initiative: The ability to manage competing priorities, adapt quickly and take ownership of your workload.
- Administrative Excellence: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage recruitment and compliance processes efficiently.
- Computer Literacy: Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite. We'll provide training on our internal systems and client requirements.
- Current Driver's Licence: While primarily office-based, occasional site visits and errands may be required.
