Byron Bay – Duty Managers/Restaurant Managers. We are on the hunt for Front-of-House Managers in a variety of roles across our leadership team in Byron Bay. As a Duty Manager or Restaurant Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the venue, ensuring service standards are maintained, teams are supported, and guests leave wanting to return. The successful candidate must be a strong leader with good communication skills who is comfortable leading and inspiring the team.

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage front-of-house operations in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Ensure service standards are maintained and guests have exceptional experiences.
- Support and develop the front-of-house team, promoting a positive workplace culture.
- Coordinate with other venue departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Communicate effectively with staff and management to drive performance and guest satisfaction.

What we need from you

- Previous experience in a relevant role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong food and beverage knowledge.
- Ability to manage staff, stock, opening and closing procedures.
- A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
- Ability to remain calm and effective in a busy environment.
- Availability to work a rotating roster including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Solid leadership and communication skills.
- Commitment to the progression of the team, not just personal progression.
