Prospect

Reporting to the Distribution Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth coordination of domestic and export distribution activities.

You will provide day‑to‑day leadership to your team while working closely with warehousing, transport providers, manufacturing sites and internal stakeholders to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

- Lead, coach and develop a team of three Distribution Officers.
- Coordinate distribution activities to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external logistics partners.
- Monitor service performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.




- Support operational planning and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
- Act as an escalation point to resolve distribution and service issues.

Qualifications

- Experience leading or supervising a distribution or logistics team.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on delivering results.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Experience working with transport providers, warehousing and customer fulfilment.
- This is a 12‑month maternity leave contract.
