Catholic Healthcare Limited is seeking a RAC Funding Assessor for the Aged Care Assessment Services in Newcastle. The role involves visiting residents across the Hunter Region and completing Residential Aged Care (RAC) Funding Assessments using the AN-ACC tool.

You will need a tertiary health qualification with current AHPRA registration as RN/Medical Officer/OT/PT, plus at least 5 years' clinical experience in aged care. Autonomy, travel, and commitment to older Australians are essential.
