Associate Advisor

About The Role

Due to recent growth, we are looking for an Associate Adviser to join our journey and play a key part in our long‑term success. This role will see you working closely with one of three advisors. You will be sitting in all client meetings and developing a relationship with the client.



You will support the clients with communication in the form of updates and administration as well as supporting the advisors with preparing reports, financial plans, etc. The business already has paraplanning both internal and outsourced; an experienced paraplanner with some client service experience would do very well in this role.

Qualifications

- 3+ years experience working in paraplanning, CSM or support role in wealth management
- RG146 qualifications
- Understanding of compliance frameworks in the advice industry
- Robust attention to detail and strong communication skills
- XPLAN experience
