Trade Counter Assistant - Plumbing Blacktown (TH). Reece Plumbing is Australia's leading supplier of plumbing and bathroom products with a large network of branches and a long history of supporting the trade with quality products and expert advice.
As part of the Branch Staff team at Blacktown, you'll help plumbers and tradespeople access the products they need for building and renovation projects and undertake other tasks that keep the branch running smoothly. This role offers a pathway into future leadership opportunities across our network.
Your day-to-day
- Providing customer service and information about products
- Offering quotes both in person and over the phone
- Undertaking pick, packing and stock control activities
- Maintaining a safe, organised, and welcoming branch workplace
- Make deliveries to customers using a company vehicle
- Continue upskilling with tailored on-the-job training initiatives
- Learning the operational and commercial skills that form the foundation of future leadership roles
