The Role

We have a great opportunity for you to join ELGAS as an Account Manager. Based out of Bunbury, WA you will be responsible for the growth and retention of select Customers and seeking and converting new business prospects across Bunbury, SouthWest and surrounding areas.

Additional responsibilities in this role also include:

- Increase the profitability of the portfolio through effective price & contract management and product substitution
- Identify, develop and commercialise growth opportunities in existing customer accounts and recent business prospects
- Develop mutually rewarding relationships with prospective and current customers
- Provide technical support and solutions and deliver outstanding customer experience
- Work collaboratively across internal functions
- Manage extensive regional travel, including frequent long-distance driving (10–12 hours) and overnight stays as required

Skills and experience we are looking for:





- Proven experience in field sales, account management, or territory sales roles
- Valid driver's licence and willingness to undertake regional travel as required
- Strong sales and business development skills, including customer relationship management and negotiation
- Sound understanding of pricing strategies, contract management, and commercial negotiations
- Excellent time management skills, verbal and written communication skills
- High level of energy and confidence with positive attitude and willingness to learn and succeed
- Results-driven with the ability to take initiative and work autonomously
- Experience in growing existing accounts and Lead Generation & conversion
