What You’ll Do:
- Know Your Customers: Understand their needs and guide them to the right vehicle solutions.
- Grow Your Market: Identify new opportunities and expand your customer base.
- Drive Sales Pipeline: Build and maintain a strong, consistent flow of leads.
- Showcase Vehicles: Create accurate, eye-catching listings across digital platforms.
- Achieve Targets: Consistently meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven sales success, ideally in automotive, transport, or heavy vehicle sales.
- Relationship-focused with the ability to manage leads and nurture loyal customers.
- Ability to work in a face-paced environment.
- Ambitious and target-driven with a solutions-focused mindset.
- Strong negotiation and influence skills.
- HR/HC license (desirable).
