Everyday Independence is seeking a Youth Lead Practitioner to support adolescents and young adults aged 9-25 navigating life with a disability. You will lead an interdisciplinary team planning NDIS-funded therapy packages and be the main contact for participants and families.

Role involves using assessment and intervention skills to help achieve educational, personal, social and working life goals across diverse settings, including homes, schools, playgrounds and community centres.
