Our Hervey Bay Windows & Doors branch specialises in the fabrication and supply of high‑quality aluminium window and door systems for both commercial and residential projects. We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Fabricator to join our team in a full‑time, ongoing capacity.

About the Role

As a Fabricator, you will play a key role in producing high‑quality aluminium window and door systems. Your responsibilities will include:

- Assembly and Fabrication: Working with aluminium profiles to assemble commercial and residential window and door products
- Reading and Interpreting Plans: Accurately understanding technical drawings, measurements, and specifications
- Glazing and Sealing: Installing glass, fitting seals, and ensuring a high standard of finish
- Quality Control: Inspecting completed work to ensure it meets Australian standards and company expectations
- Use of Tools: Operating a range of hand and power tools, including drills, riveters, and grinders




- Team Collaboration: Working closely with the production team to meet deadlines and targets

What We’re Looking For

- Previous experience in aluminium window and door fabrication
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Commitment to workplace safety, quality workmanship, and teamwork
- A current manual driver’s licence and reliable transport
