Job Responsibilities

- Monitoring and managing chronic health conditions of elderly patients.
- Conducting health assessments and documenting patient conditions.
- Assisting in wound care, pain management, and mobility support.
- Administer medications
- Developing care plans in collaboration with other health professionals.

Qualifications

- Diploma in Nursing (with a focus on aged care and health assessments).
- Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
- First Aid and CPR certification.
- You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining: A valid NDIS clearance
