Exciting Nanny Opportunity in W8 – starting August

We’re delighted to be working with a lovely family in the prestigious W8 area who are seeking a warm, caring, and engaging Nanny to become a trusted part of their lives. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated qualified who loves working with children and enjoys travelling to beautiful destinations.

The family has two boys aged 10 & 8 years and a charming 6-year-old girl The children are very sporty — tennis, swimming, ballet, and football — and the family loves holidays in Greece, Switzerland, and other scenic locations. They’re looking for someone who can join them on these adventures, creating memorable experiences and supporting their growth.

This role will commence at the end of August.

- Start Date: end of August
- 3 school-age children: 10, 8 & 6 years
- Term-time hours: 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday
- School holiday hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Salary: Competitive, based on experience

The ideal candidate will be warm, sensitive, and someone who connects easily with children. They should be experienced with children in this age group and understand the importance of fostering independence and confidence in a gentle, non-authoritarian way. Fluency in English, Greek, or French would be a lovely bonus, enriching the children’s language skills and cultural understanding.

Your main responsibilities will include providing high-quality care, engaging children in outdoor activities, sports, arts,



and outings, and supporting their independence. While the family’s housekeeper handles most household chores, the nanny should be willing to help with light organisational tasks and be flexible with their role.

Driving is essential, and the successful candidate must be a confident driver, responsible for taking the children to and from school, tennis lessons, swimming, and other activities. The role involves outdoor play, sports, and creative outings designed to encourage the children’s growth and confidence.

Traveling with the family on holidays in Greece, Switzerland, and other destinations is a key part of the role. The family values a nanny who is enthusiastic about travel and can create enriching experiences for their children while providing a loving, nurturing environment.

Who We’re Looking For:

- Experienced with children aged 6-12, with a warm and nurturing approach.
- Sensitive, patient, and able to build trusting relationships.
- Non-authoritarian, encouraging independence and confidence.
- Fluent in English, Greek, or French preferred.
- Confident driver with a clean licence (auto driver essential).
- Active and sporty, with a love for outdoor activities.
- Flexible, adaptable, and ready to travel.
- A team player who can work seamlessly with the family and support their needs.
