Expression of Interest – Civil & Rail Engineers & Foremen

We're currently seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced Civil Engineers and Foremen who have a strong background delivering civil infrastructure and rail projects across Australia.

With a number of major infrastructure projects either underway or scheduled to commence over the coming months, we're looking to connect with motivated professionals who are interested in exploring new opportunities. Whether you're actively looking for your next role or simply open to hearing about what's available, we'd love to have a confidential conversation.

- Site Engineers
- Project Engineers
- Senior Project Engineers
- Civil Foremen
- General Foremen

We'd like to hear from professionals with experience across:

- Rail infrastructure and station upgrades
- Track construction and maintenance
- Civil and structural concrete works
- FRP (Formwork, Reinforcement & Concrete)
- Bridges, retaining walls and culverts
- Earthworks, bulk excavation and ground improvements
- Drainage, utilities and service relocations
- Road construction and transport infrastructure
- Level crossings, signalling interface and associated civil works
- Major Tier 1 and Tier 2 infrastructure projects

The ideal candidates will have:





- Demonstrated experience delivering civil and/or rail infrastructure projects
- A solid commitment to safety, quality and environmental compliance
- The ability to lead teams, coordinate subcontractors and maintain construction programs
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Relevant engineering qualifications or trade background (depending on the role)
- Experience working within live operational rail environments will be highly regarded

Projects span major transport infrastructure, rail upgrades, bridges, stations, utilities and complex civil works.
