As a Branch Member Consultant at HCF, you'll be the face of Australia's largest not-for-profit health fund. Your personal touch will help guide our members in making informed healthcare choices.

Location & Hours

This full-time position is based in our HCF Branch in the Green Hills Shopping Centre in East Maitland.

Training & Support

Please note there will be one week of training in our Head Office in Sydney CBD (commencing 7th September), with travel and accommodation arranged in advance. This training has been designed to help support you and your transition into this role. You will also be provided with consistent, ongoing coaching and support to help you succeed and build confidence.

Salary

Salaries start at $66,000 plus super and incentive.

Key Responsibilities

- Embrace face‑to‑face and telephone needs‑based selling, highlighting our diverse range of health, life, and other insurance products.
- Expand business development skills outside the HCF branch and in your local community.




- Ensure resolutions to members’ problems that go beyond expectations.
- Maintain the accuracy of membership information in accordance with organisational policies and procedures.

About You

- Possess a keen drive to make a difference in members’ lives, with experience in needs‑based selling.
- Have a proven background in customer service environments, with the ability to build rapport quickly and confidently.
- Quick to grasp complex computer systems.
- Thrive in a collaborative team environment.
- Adaptable to evolving work practices and needs.
