West HQ is seeking an experienced Cocktail Bartender / Mixologist to join the team at Eat St Bar, a stylish and high-energy cocktail destination known for creative drinks, premium spirits, and exceptional guest experiences.

This role is suited to hospitality professionals with previous cocktail bartending experience who have a passion for mixology, quality beverage service, and creating exceptional guest experiences in a quick-paced venue.

Eat St Bar is West HQ’s signature cocktail bar, specialising in handcrafted cocktails, premium spirits, beer, and wine, all served in a lively and welcoming atmosphere. From pre-dinner drinks to late-night cocktails, Eat St Bar is a vibrant destination where quality beverages, great music, and exceptional hospitality come together.

About the role:

As a Bartender, you will play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences through high-quality beverage service and engaging customer interaction.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Preparing and serving cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits
- Delivering friendly and engaging bar service to guests
- Recommending cocktails and providing product knowledge
- Operating POS systems and processing payments accurately
- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the bar area
- Ensuring responsible service of alcohol (RSA compliance at all times)
- Assisting with stock handling and bar preparation

We are looking for someone who is:





- Passionate about cocktails, hospitality, and customer service
- Previous experience working as a cocktail bartender, mixologist, or experienced bartender in a high-volume bar environment
- Confident, outgoing, and energetic
- Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume bar environment
- A strong team player with excellent communication skills
- Available to work nights, weekends, and public holidays
- Holds a valid RSA certificate (or willing to obtain one)
