Day & Night Shift Operator – Manufacturing

We are seeking a Machine Operator to support our Manufacturing team based in Carole Park.

What you will need:

- Previous experience in a quality assurance environment
- Valid forklift license
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Knowledge and understanding of safety in the workplace
- Ability to use computers for the entry and retrieval of process data and machine operation
- Strong interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
- All successful candidates will be required to undertake a pre‑employment medical including drug & alcohol screening.

Shift pattern: 2 x 12‑hour day shifts (6am‑6pm) followed by 2 x 12‑hour night shifts (6pm‑6am), with a 4 on 4 off rotation. You must be flexible and open to work across this rotation.

What the role involves

- Operating concrete mixing, stacking and splitting machines
- Setting up and installing molds and other machine fixtures
- Setting grinding and cutting edges
- Carry out work in a safe manner,



in accordance with safety procedures
- Ensure process efficiencies are achieved and maintained
- Ensure production is in line with the specified production schedule
- Ensure product quality is in accordance with relevant specifications and that process checks are performed as required
- Actively participate in improvement projects
- Perform manual handling tasks as part of this role
- Be adaptable and adaptable with a willingness to embrace shift work
- Comply with all WHS safety practices and procedures
