Chandler Macleod is seeking an experienced Building Maintenance Coordinator for a short-term contract in Broadmeadows, VIC. You will coordinate maintenance across 300+ Council buildings, manage contractors across multiple trades, process POs and invoices, and maintain records to ensure service standards and compliance.

The role requires robust organisational skills, experience with asset management systems, CRM platforms, and MS Office, and a current Victorian Driver's Licence.
