This is a fast-paced internal sales role within a specialist automotive manufacturer and distributor.

Your day will revolve around high-volume inbound calls, multi-screen systems, and managing quotes, orders,logistics, and customer expectations in real time.

About the Role

Based atZeder Corporation Huntingwood ,you’llbe part of a global leader in suspension technology, working with industry-recognised brands includingSuperPro, Whiteline , Nolathane and Formula 4X4.

We design, engineer, and distribute premium suspension components acrossmultiple categories-covering OE replacement, performance upgrades, and 4WD applications.

Our customers range from independent workshops and parts resellers through to large corporate accounts-meaning your role will extend beyond order-taking into relationship management, reporting, and supply coordination.

This is not a scripted call-centre job.You’llbe expected to think, solve problems, and build product knowledge quickly.

Job Description

A Day in the Life

- Start at 8am handling inbound calls from workshops, dealers, and corporate customers
- Processemail orders and handle related enquiries
- Quote parts, check fitment, and confirm stock across multiple systems




- Manage orders end-to-end, includinglogisticsandback-ordercoordination
- Provide corporate customers with updates, reporting, and clear communication on supply status
- Work closely with warehouse, technical, andotherteams to keep orders moving
- Navigate competing priorities whilemaintainingaccuracy and service standards

The pace is real. The workload is consistentand thelearning curve is steep.

- Has an interest in cars, 4WDs, or the automotive aftermarket
- Is confident and clear on the phone
- Learns systems and technical information quickly
- Can stay focused in a high-volume, desk-based roleTakes pride in accuracy, follow-through, and accountability

Automotive experience is not required

Attitude and work ethic matter more than background

What You’ll Be Doing

- Handling inbound calls and email enquiries from trade and corporate customers
- Preparing accurate quotes and processing orders
- Managing back orders and communicating ETAs clearly
- Supporting corporate accounts with reporting and order visibility
- Coordinating logistics across suppliers and internal teams
- Delivering professional, reliable customer serviceat all times
