Harvest maintenance support – trade assistants (Western Australia)

We’re recruitingMaintenance Support / Trade Assistants to join our team acrossBunbury, Kukerin and Arthur River this harvest season.

In this role, you’llsupport site operations by assisting with maintenance, repairs, andgeneral upkeep of equipment and infrastructure, helping ensure oursites operate safely and efficiently during one of our busiesttimes of year.

These roles are ideal foranyone with a mechanical mindset or trade interest, whether you’restudying, recently qualified, or looking to gain practical,hands-on experience in an industrial environment.

Most harvest roles runfrom September through to January, depending on location andseasonal conditions. There may also be opportunities to continuebeyond the harvest period.

Keyresponsibilities

Responsibilities include(but are not limited to):

- Assisting withgeneral maintenance and minor repairs on siteequipment
- Supportingtradespeople with mechanical, electrical, or structuraltasks
- Conducting basicinspections and preventative maintenance activities
- Assisting withbreakdown response and troubleshooting
- Maintaining a cleanand safe work setting
- Following all safetyprocedures and site requirements

- Have a strong workethic and willingness to learn
- Have an interest inmechanical work, maintenance, or trades
- Are comfortableworking in a hands-on, outdoor environment
- Demonstrate strongawareness of safety and safe work practices
- Can work effectivelyas part of a team
- Are reliable andable to work flexible hours, including weekends ifrequired

Desirable but notessential:

- Previous experiencein maintenance, trades, or similar environments
- Exposure tomechanical equipment or industrial sites
- Trade qualificationor currently studying a trade-related discipline
