We are hiring a Speech Language Pathologist to join our team on the Sunshine Coast (part-time, in office).

What the role does:

- Assess, diagnose and support clients with speech, language, communication and swallowing difficulties.
- Develop personalised therapy plans based on each client's goals, needs and functional capacity.
- Work collaboratively with families, carers, support workers, allied health professionals and medical teams.
- Provide education, strategies and recommendations to help clients communicate more confidently in daily life.
- Monitor client progress and adjust therapy plans as required.




- Maintain accurate clinical documentation, progress notes and reports.

What we are looking for:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology.
- Current Speech Pathology Australia registration or eligibility.
- Experience supporting clients with disability, communication needs or swallowing difficulties.
- Strong communication, report writing and stakeholder relationship skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
- A person-centred approach and commitment to improving client outcomes.
