We are seeking a motivated HSE Officer who is passionate about safety and eager to make a positive impact on our team. This role supports the implementation of the company’s Health, Safety and Environmental Management System by balancing administrative responsibilities with solid presence in the operation/workshop. You will work closely with the Group HSE Manager and operational teams to ensure safety systems, records and reporting processes are accurate, up to date and audit-ready.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and update HSE Management System documentations
- Manage incident reporting and tracking (including corrective actions)
- Assist with workers compensation and injury management administration
- Prepare safety reports and KPI dashboards
- Support internal and external audits/inspections.
- Coordinate safety meetings
- Assist in ensuring compliance with WA WHS & Environmental legislation
- Assist with maintaining other HSE records and documentation.




- Participate in emergency preparedness and response activities.
- Support and conduct employee and contractor’s HSE induction and internal trainings.
- Assist with basic injury management and return-to-work programs.
- Engage in ongoing training and development activities as directed
- Support Group HSE team in ad hoc requests relevant to HSE Management System.

What you bring

- Cert IV in Work Health and Safety (or working towards)or equivalent
- High attention to detail
- Working knowledge of Western Australian WHS legislation
- Experience in manufacturing, fabrication or heavy industry highly regarded
- Strong communication skills and ability to support frontline leaders
