About the Role

Goodline requires an Administrator to join our Nhulunby residential team. This role is responsible for ensuring that the administrative component of all departments run efficiently. The roles' primary objective is to support the Admin Team Leader with the site-based requirements in mobilisation, accounts and payroll. Furthermore, the role requires general administrative duties to be carried out such as calendar management, document formatting, minuting meetings and coordination of incoming phone and email messages.

Key responsibilities include:

- Assist with mobilisation, accounts, payroll, timesheets, invoicing, stores etc.





- Support in monitoring progress on all jobs to ensure compliance

- Work closely with the administration team to ensure invoicing is accurate and actioned in a timely manner
