About the Role
As the Assistant Centre Manager, you will work alongside the Centre Manager to lead daily operations while supporting educators to deliver outstanding outcomes for children and families.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day management of centre operations
- Foster a positive, high-performing team culture
- Mentor and coach educators to achieve quality outcomes
- Build strong relationships with families and the local community
- Drive occupancy growth through community engagement and enrolment support
- Assist in achieving compliance, safety, quality and financial objectives
- Support the centre in meeting and exceeding the National Quality Standards (NQS)
About You
To thrive in this role, you'll be an inspiring leader who leads by example and is passionate about delivering exceptional early education experiences.
You’ll Bring:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Previous leadership experience within an early childhood setting
- Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and National Quality Standards
- Experience supporting compliance, occupancy and operational targets
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
